We are dedicated to a safe and secure environment for all participants and users of our platforms. We recognize the significance of safeguarding individuals, particularly in the context of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Job Creation in Ethiopia.

To uphold this commitment, we have established robust measures and protocols to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all information shared with us. This includes the implementation of stringent data protection policies to govern the collection, storage, and utilization of personal data in adherence to the highest standards of privacy.

Furthermore, we are dedicated to promoting a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity across our platforms, interactions, and Training. We provide accessible reporting mechanisms and support resources for individuals to report any instances of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. All reports are treated with utmost seriousness, and appropriate action will be taken promptly to safeguard the well-being of our community members.
